In order to maintain a clean and safe environment for both you and the professional, I ask that you please respect and abide by the following.

In an effort to keep the risk of contamination low, only scheduled clients are permitted to be in the room with professional. No extra guest(s), please.

Please wash your hands before the service begins. Restrooms are located in the hall.

Should you be experiencing and/or expressing any of the symptoms listed below, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date.

Fever or chills

Cough

Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

Fatigue

Muscle or body aches

Headache

New loss of taste or smell

Sore throat

Congestion or runny nose

Nausea or vomiting

Diarrhea

BOOKING

You must be 18 years or over to book an appointment. Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by guardian.

A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. This deposit will subtracted from your service balance.

While a complimentary cleaning is given at the beginning of every service, you are still expected to come with clean, makeup and debris-free skin/ lashes. Coming in with the following will result in a $10 inconvenience fee:

Water-proof makeup (of any kind)

Strip lash glue

Glitter (excluding residual glitter from decorative lashes applied at Key Enhancements)

Excessive amounts of dirt or debris.

CANCELLATIONS. NO SHOWS. RESCHEDULING

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out prior to your scheduled appointment time.

If you decide to cancel within within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged for the remainder of your balance. This applies to no call/no shows as well. No exceptions.

In order to be rescheduled free of charge, contact must be made within 24 hours of your appointment time. Any time after will require a new deposit.* You are allowed 1 RESCHEDULE per deposit.*

To avoid an inconveniences like these from happening, please cancel/reschedule your appointment when the 24 hour reminder email/ text is sent.

Please understand that this is to protect the time of the client as well as the professional.

FILLS

Just like the hair on your head, your natural eyelashes have their own growth and shedding cycle, making fills essential every 2-3 weeks.

Fills allow the professional to provide maintenance to the lashes as well as bring them back to their original fullness, if not fuller.

Due to the time sensitive nature of these services, you must have the minimum 40%-50% of your extensions intact in order to receive a fill.

Arriving with anything less than, will not be accepted and you may be required to reschedule for a full set.

PUNCTUALITY

Although it is not required, it is recommended that you arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment.

Any tardiness will not be extended into the following time slot. Showing up more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment will be considered a no show.

REFUNDS

When scheduling an appointment, you are paying for not only the service, but the product(s) being used as well as the professional’s time.

Refunds for any service are not offered.

Key Enhancements is home-based and located in Converse, TX. As a measure of safety for both clients and professional, our address is provided in confirmation emails.
